Entry Requirements
To enrol in an English for Academic Purposes course, students must typically meet the following entry requirements:
- Age – Applicants are usually required to be at least 16 years old. If you intend to take higher education studies a minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- English Proficiency – Students are expected to have a basic to intermediate level of English proficiency, typically ranging from A2 to B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This is assessed through a placement test or proof of previous English language study.
- Educational Background – No formal academic qualifications may be required for entry, although students should have completed secondary school or an equivalent level of education.
- Visa Requirements – International students will need a student visa to enrol.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
